Pregnant? You Might Need A Larger Pair Of Shoes

If you are pregnant then this is something of your interest.

Yes it's true that the shoe size can change during pregnancy. For some women, the change can be temporary and for some it can be permanent.

The simple reason behind this change in shoe size is the weight gain and change in hormones. Excess weight on your foot may flatten the arch, which leads to a change in the shoe size.

All I can say is never force your feet into tight fitting shoes during pregnancy.

I feel that properly fitted shoes will help make your pregnancy more pleasant. The next time you purchase shoes during your pregnancy, please be careful!
